10. Q. What app do I use?

A. Most companies have certain apps, HIV forms, And replacement forms for each state. Some companies have one app for regular apps and another for Simple Issue cases. You can either call us or check for the company link on our web sites, Directory of Links page.

11. Q. How do I get into the agent section of the companies’ web site?

A. Some companies have assigned your user name and password. North American’s user name is your agent number and the password is the last r digits of your SS# or Tax ID if you licensed your agency. Banner’s user name is your agent number and your password is your full SS#. Other companies have login ID and password request forms on their web sites. Most companies will allow you to download apps and other forms and some will even let you check status and commissions. Just about every company (and most government sites) use Adobe Acrobat. If you don’t have a reader, you can download a free one at Adobe’s web site or go to our Directory of Links page.

12. Q. What about direct deposit of commissions?

A. Several companies have this capability. The forms are usually available on their sites or you can call us for one.
